I watched Jin-Roh, which is a sort of hand-drawn, drama-action movie set during an alternate-history Japan, where Germany bombed and occupied Japan. It's part of a series but works well as a stand-alone movie. It's also produced and made from some of the same people who worked on the original Ghost in the Shell. Lots of lovingly drawn gun-porn and spy vs spy action. Worth a watch.
