I sold items but the cash isn't in my hand! The cash has gone to your bank account I can't send items, cash or attack PLAYER XYZ You're marked as a dupe. Even if you aren't the same person, we have no way of knowing that. Check this thread and the rules. I voted, but didn't receive my favors, or the site was down! Each voting site counts unique votes in their own way. Most require you to wait 24 hours in between votes. Site downtime, using the same IP/computer as someone else, and other issues can complicate things. At the end of the day, if they don't count your vote for WHATEVER reason, you don't get a favor.
