just want to ask do you lose more exp on very strong inmates or more weaker althought stronger than you?

If you attack someone, and lose you...then you will lose experience. 

Your asking if you lose MORE experience depending on their level/strength compared to yours... this I don't know.

I thought it was just random.  Not sure on if you lose More/Less depending on the player.

I'm curious to know this as well...because I'd love to lose experience.

when you win a fight that you did not start do you acctually gain exp?

no you dont as your not the one that started the fight but the one that started looses exp because he lost. Then again if you start it and win you gain exp and if you loose you lose exp great for people to gain more stats and remove some exp.
