Hi your nerve goes up as you level up if thats what you mean. You can get cell items example Pumpking gives you an extra 5 Nerve but these are exsepnsive and hard to get but other things give you nerves you would help to check before you buy the ammenities. Also if you have used your nerve and you want to get it back try a Blunt will give you 70% nerve back or you can try waters large are the best but will be hard for you to get at this stage.
