what about something like 13, how much i will get back, what about 23 how much i will get back.. i will get 2 on 13 or 1? i will get 3 on 23 or 2? and will after 25 i will get 3 ot still 2? what does games does? Does it take tail or absolut? since if it is absolute then after 25 it will be 3 recovery, otherwise it will be 2, on the other hand tail function will remove all decimel position and till 29 you will get just 2 back and on 30 you will get 3 back...

Some confusing queries !!

Go to your start menu, pull out your calculator and take whatever number you want (13, 23, whatever)  and multiply that by .10 & that is what you will gain...sooo...13 x .10 = 1.3 & so on....I'm pretty sure it calculates to the decimal...hope I'm right :P

I think you didn't read my post, it clearly shows what is the 10% of 13 and 23 but the question was.. when i will have 13 will my NRG will increase 1 or 2? similarly if i will be 16, my NRG will increase 1 or 2? since, so far i have seen it increase stable not like it 1st increase 1 for 3 times then 2 for 4th time then again 1 for 3 times and 2 for 4th time..  Still didn't get it?

when you have 10-14 Energy, you gain 1 En/5min, when you have 15-24 you gain 2 En/5min, 25-34 - that`s 3 energy per 5 minutes... same to the Nerve.
