[EVENT] Earth Day 2020 Cleanup

There's a lot going on here, so let's break it down.
First, the details of the Earth Day event can be seen here (or clicking the above image). It should all be pretty straightforward to you guys by now.
What's new though? The Prison that's what!
The event will take place in a prison that players haven't been to before: the derelict Arbour Hill located in Ireland. What makes this more interesting is that this is the first International Prison that players will experience. So what's different?
Cost
It will cost favors to move to International Prisons
Stat Isolation
International prisons are stat-isolated. This means, the stats you earn there (STR,DEF,SPD) only apply there! Everyone is on equal footing when you first arrive and will have to hustle their way back up. I suspect more than half your time spent here will likely be on training.
Enhanced Drugs
If you use certain enhanced drugs in a stat-isolated prison, some of the effects could become permanent (for good or bad!)
And More
There are other things in International Prisons which, for now, will remain exclusive to them. Jobs is one of them, item crafting and repair is another. These things are not yet ready for prime-time however, so don't worry about them for this event, let's run before we walk.

Will I have to pay each time I want to go to Arbour Hill?
Yes. It's the same as moving to any other prison, only the cost is favors instead of cash.
Do I get a Respected Prisoner discount?
Yes. Though it will still say (and check for) 10 favors, you should only be charged 5.

how come some of the old quest items dont work when its scrap like the rolls and other empty bottles?
would be great to use them for something. great work on the prison glad finally get to see it.
