 Now its in place you have no reason to ask a silly question again. Your right it didnt say on the market but how hard is it to check in the Get Cell Amenities 1st before you buy or before you post. It would of been much easier to check rather than post on a forum.

In his defense, if I were looking to buy a DVD player from the open market, the last thing I would think to do is check the warden's office to see if it had any requirements. Honestly, how is anybody supposed to know that?

In fact, since it previously had nothing listed, I'd have assumed there were no requirements, and I'm surprised he took the time to ask around before just buying the thing.
