Hey guys,
Going to run a live test of some new code between 4 and 5 game time today. We're hoping these changes we made will not only help speed things up, but will have little to any side effects also be stable enough to roll out in short order.
The core change alters how your cell amenities effects are calculated, so there are some things to watch for:
[ulist][li]In my own tests, your altered stats could be slightly off (either higher or lower) depending on how the numbers get rounded.[/li][li]Sometimes your cell's stats won't load at all, if this should happen to you, try doing anything in your cell (moving an amenity, loading a preset etc). It should fix the problem going forward.[/li][/ulist]We'll do this for an hour and keep an eye on any key changes in server performance, and of course feedback on any issues you guys may experience. If you do experience an issue, please post it here (making sure it's not covered above) and please be as descriptive as possible.
