My dear friend,read the post well before u comment on it, i told 70-80% of success rate not like 50-50 success rate.

and for that kind of success rate i recommended that speed.it dosn't mean that the crime is not commitable with 50+ speed,it cannot bring up that kind of successand moreover if u have more speed u can earn more cash by attempting the same crime.see my crime stats and learn urself.

crimes are not just trying again and again,it's that if u fail u train and prepare urself and get back and commit and the main console is keeping your success rate always up dude !!!

And u r right,it's recommended and it's for bringing up a big 70-80% success rate as well.
